Celebrating ELPC 30 Years - 2023 Gala

Toledo, Ohio

Ohio

ELPC is leading the charge to clean up Lake Erie by fighting to reduce the runoff pollution that causes toxic algae. From the court of law to the court of public opinion, our public interest attorneys and advocates work to protect safe drinking water, enjoyable outdoor recreation, fisheries, and the local economy.

With our office in Columbus, ELPC is well-positioned to advance a transition towards a cleaner renewable energy future and smart energy efficiency. We advocate with regulators, legislators, and business leaders across the Buckeye state. We are in the courts to protect taxpayers from being saddled with the cleanup costs from shuttered coal and nuclear plants, when corporations attempt to evade their responsibilities. Ohioans understand that a healthy environment is good for jobs and good for the economy.
